Shipping We ship orders via PostNL. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a track & trace link once your package has been dispatched.
Processing time Orders are processed and shipped within [1-3] business days.
Delivery time

- Rest of Europe: [5-10] business days after dispatch

Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Haven't received your order? Please contact us at hello@ginneynoa.com if your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time.
Liability We are not liable for packages that are lost or damaged during transit. Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, responsibility lies with the carrier. We recommend choosing insured shipping for high-value orders.
If you experience any issues with your shipment, we recommend contacting PostNL through their customer service. We will assist where possible, but cannot guarantee compensation for loss by the carrier.
